Task
Today we are going to explore writing paragraphs. In this lesson we will:

1. consider when to make new paragraphs
2. think about the structure of paragraphs
3. practice developing ideas in a paragraph

Process

1. click on the 'Paragraphs' link in the menu
2. read through the information about paragraphs, making notes of the main and supporting details
3. click on the ' Practice with paragraphs' link at the bottom of that page
4. copy the text to an MS Word document and complete the task of finding the four paragraphs
5. using the same text show the different features of the text by completing comments highlighting the main features of the text (these ideas will be from the notes you made of the main and supporting details.
